I purchased a water tank last year and had it installed correctly -EVENTUALLY. The tank is great, a big 10,000 ltrs however the installers left a lot to be desired. Each time I was given a date for installation (4 times) I had to take the day off work to provide access to the laundry and toilet inside my house. I was not given the curtesy of a phone call. When I rang to inquire what time they would be arriving at my house (3 times on 3 different dates) I was informed that they couldnt make it that day. After 4 attempts and 6 - 7 weeks waiting it was eventually installed - incorrectly! I then had to employ another person to come and complete the installation correctly. I suggest that when employing someone to install water tanks, do your homework. Feel free to email me if you wish to be advised of a company NOT to use. swiffen@internode.on.net
